Senior Students Medical Certificates

A refinement of the process in regard to medical certificates for Senior students in Years 10, 11 and 12, has been implemented .

Year 10 and 11 students with a medical certificate:

1:  Students are to take their Medical Certificate to their Student Learning Leader’s Office upon their return to school.

2:  The Attendance Officer will enter the information into the ‘Attendance’ section of eworkspace. Parents can check the Parent Portal to ensure the attendance information has been correctly entered into the system.

3: The Attendance Officer will stamp the certificate ‘entered’ and place the certificate in the home group teacher’s pigeon hole.

4: The home group teacher will store the certificate.

 

Year 12 students with a medical certificate:

1: Students are to take their Medical Certificate to the Coordinator’s Office upon their return to school.

2: A Year 12 Coordinator will enter the information into the ‘Attendance’ section of eworkspace. Parents can check the Parent Portal to ensure the attendance information has been correctly entered into the system.

3: A Year 12 Coordinator will stamp the certificate ‘entered’ and store the certificate.
